Ancona (AOI/LIPY) is a great choice in that case and I would definitely suggest San Sepolcro Airfield wich has an awesome 900+ meters grass runway+Avgas (but no customs of course).

Grazie mille.  Smiley  All of your suggestions are interesting. I'll call Lucca and Siena to know more about customs. Ancona seems to be nice to visit too. Maybe I could refuel in Corsica and then have a night in Ancona before customs.

As I'm not familiare with your ATC, do you think it's normal to transit overhead airports ? I'd like to plan flying straight this route at 4500 ft or 6500 ft:  Corsica - Marina di Campo - Grosseto - Perugia - Ancona:

Do you think it's possible ?

Let me suggest you a similar route. Bastia-Marina di Campo-Arezzo-Ancona. In this way you'll avoid Grosseto airport overflight. Grosseto is a strictly military airport and ATC could ask you a boring VFR standard route.

Perugia Sant'Egidio is another nice option too; Avgas is there and custom too. There are commercial ops, but less than 5 movements per day; it is cheap and not complicated (I was there in 2008).
Perugia, in general Umbria, could be a great stop, there's a lot to see.
